At the end of the M27, continue on the A31.  Turn left onto the A338 and continue for approximately 10 miles.  At roundabout continue straight ahead following signs for Bournemouth Town Centre WEST.  Turn off at roundabout signposted BIC, West Cliff and Beaches.  Take second exit at next roundabout and left at following roundabout.

Follow road along, the hotel is on the Left towards the end of Priory Road.  The Hotel Car Park is just below the hotel on the Left.
