Conference Room Descriptions at The Trouville Hotel Bournemouth
Deauville Suite
The Deauville Suite is the largest of our function rooms and is ideal for fringe meetings or for a private function. This spacious suite will accommodate up to 120 delegates for a theatre style conference or 150 guests for a sit down banquet. The Deauville Suite also has the added advantage of having air conditioning, a pa system, a dance floor and a breathtaking Bournemouth Town Center view.
Granville Suite
The Granville Suite is equally well appointed for most events. This light and airy suite has a private entrance, air conditioning, private bar facilities and a dance floor. The Granville is conveniently located on the ground floor and is an ideal location for conferences, meetings, private dinner functions or drinks reception.
Beaumont Suite
The Beaumont Suite can accommodate a meeting for up to 30 people. With large windows allowing in lots of natural daylight the Beaumont Suite is as suitable for meetings as it is for drinks receptions or intimate private dining. This suite also benefits from air conditioning.
St Malo Suite
The St Malo Suite has its own private entrance, natural daylight and air conditioning. This suite is adjacent to the Monet Suite so could be used for the main meeting with the adjoining suite being used as a syndicate room.
Monet Suite
The Monet Suite has its own private entrance, natural daylight and air conditioning and is ideal for smaller meetings. This suite can also be used as a syndicate room for the adjoining St Malo Suite.
Granville Lounge
The Granville Lounge located on the ground floor with plenty of natural daylight is perfect for private meetings or as a private syndicate room as adjoins the Granville Suite.
Deauville Lounge
The Deauville Lounge is adjoining the Deauville Suite on the ground floor. With fantastic views across the town this room is again perfect for private meetings or may be used as a syndicate room.
